Wakame is a sushi concept created in 2008. The owners loved sushi and couldn’t find a place in Jeddah that delivers the quality and taste of Sushi that they were used to when travelling overseas.
During the first year of the launch Wakame witnessed solid results in terms of revenue and consumers demand and managed to generate profit in a short amount of time.

TRAINING & SUPPORT
Phase I - Training provided at a location designated by WAKAME:
Wakame’s management will provide franchisees with approximately 21 to 30 days of initial training at headquarters or at a location designated by the Wakame’s management, beginning approximately 6 to 9 weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business.
Phase I Instruction will pertain to administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters; it will also include a liberal amount of on-thejob training. This training will be provided for the franchisee and 2-3 designated attendees.
Phase II - Training provided at the franchisee's location:
On-site training typically takes place when the franchisee commences operations. Experienced trainers from WAKAME will provide on-site training for a period of 7 to 10 days to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations.
The initial franchise fee for an individual unit is SAR 185,000.
